Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping from you to me, and from me back to you.

Shipping cost depends on the weight of your package, and the amount of insurance.

Important points:

1. I WILL NOT SEND ANYTHING WITHOUT TRACKING

You will always get a tracking number from me. you will receive an email from USPS with a tracking number once your package is on the way (this might land in your junk mail folder, please check!).

2. INSURANCE

Please be aware that I am not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during shipping. If you purchased insurance and your package is lost or damaged, I will do what I can from my end to help you get a reimbursement from USPS. I can not guarantee success or payout, it is out of my hands.

My default recommended insurance amount is replacement value for both the head and faceup. Please let me know how much insurance you would like. If you choose not to use insurance, or you choose an amount lower than replacement value, please be aware that this is your responsibility alone.

3. YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO SIGN FOR A PACKAGE FROM ME

I will always add Signature Confirmation service. This is for everyone’s peace of mind, and the dolls’ safety.

PLEASE NOTE: While Covid-19 is wrecking the globe, signature confirmation has been suspended in most places. I will not be using it/charging you for it until the service is resumed.

4. PLEASE USE TRACKING ON YOUR PACKAGES ON THE WAY TO ME

It is extremely rare that packages go missing, but it is possible. Without a tracking number, the package might be lost forever.

5. SHIPPING TIMES

We typically have one post office day every week, usually Tuesday or Friday. That’s when we (Mike or I) drop off a bunch of packages, and pick up a bunch more. Sometimes it’s possible that we skip a week. PLEASE DON’T WORRY IF YOUR PACKAGE IS WAITING AT THE POST OFFICE FOR A WHILE. Packages do not get sent back to the sender until 14 days have passed, and we will ALWAYS pick up your package before then.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS

All my commission mail goes to a PO Box. If you are using FedEx, UPS, or another service that won’t ship to a PO Box, I have an alternate address. Both addresses will be included in your invoice email.

7. DOMESTIC

Within the US, I only ship via USPS Priority Mail. I also add Signature Confirmation, and insurance if desired. Your return shipping cost will be listed on your invoice.
Once we go over 2 lbs in weight (usually 4 SD heads or more), or it’s a full doll, we will invoice you when the package is ready to be sent home and we know exactly what the cost will be.

8. INTERNATIONAL

International customers have the choice between EMS (basic or insured), Priority Mail (basic or insured), or First Class (insurance not available). On average, EMS runs between $60-$70, Priority runs about $45-60, and First Class aroound 20-30.

9. FULL DOLLS

If you are sending a whole doll (domestic or international), I will not ask for the shipping fee until the package is ready to be sent home and we know exactly what the cost will be.

10. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

It is your responsibility to make sure your doll is well-packaged on its way to me. I will inspect the doll when I unpack it, and check with you if I see any damage to it to make sure it was there before.
PLEASE SEND YOUR DOLL WITH A PLASTIC FACE SHIELD. If you don’t have one, you can rig one with a plastic cup or tupperware (see the “TIPS” tab above). ^_^ I highly recommend using insurance and/or tracking or signature confirmation.

11. MY RESPONSIBILITIES

I promise that I will take utmost care of your doll while it is with me. I will pack it carefully and securely on its way back to you, and you will receive an email from USPS with a tracking number once your package is on the way (this might land in your junk mail folder, please check!). If the box your doll came to me in is too small or damaged, I will re-box it.

12. IMPORTANT!
I can not be held responsible for any loss or damage that happens in transit.
